We are looking for sponsors to help our top 3 officers get to BLAST this March.

This is a joint venture youth leadership training weekend between Georgia and Florida DeMolay. Our JBU Team has worked with the Georgia training staff to come up with a great program to help our members with Leadership, DeMolay Basics, Ritual, and Career Assistance. There will also be sessions for Adult Education and Training. We encourage each Chapter send at least one Councilor to this event, but EVERYONE is welcome to attend!

Sion King (our Master Councilor for Aug. 2019- Jan. 2020) set a goal to raise $2000 this term. To motivate his brother DeMolay he told them that if they met that goal he would shave his head. Right now we have raised just under $1000 and he has roughly 1 month left in his term.

Last night he asked the guys to brainstorm ideas to raise the rest of the money.

We decided to hold some more fundraisers. Here’s how you can help:

  1. Buy Krispy Kreme Donuts from us. You can either buy online or find a DeMolay and pre-order them. We will deliver them to you on Friday, January 17th, or Saturday January 18th.
  2. Buy a coupon for one dozen Original Glazed® doughnuts. (Redeemable at participating Krispy Kreme retail shops only, not valid at grocery stores or other retail outlets that carry Krispy Kreme products.) ((This lets you buy now and eat later)). They are Convenient! Redeem your certificate anytime you visit Krispy Kreme.

Whether you buy a certificate or a dozen donuts from Dale Chapman DeMolay, you’re getting a great product and supporting your youth.

Spaghetti Dinner Report

We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in the spaghetti dinner fundraiser for Tommy Turlington tonight (Dec. 11, 2019).

We had four advisors, five officers and a prospect (little Ryon) at the fundraiser.

We would especially like to thank the officers of New Smyrna Beach Lodge for all of their cooking and preparation, and for inviting Dale Chapman Chapter DeMolay to serve the dinner. Special thanks also go out to everyone who donated a tip to the DeMolay.  We raised over $360 toward our trip to Mini Conclave ( our winter leadership convention).

Chick-Fil-A Sandwich fundraiser (and Game Night)

We are having a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich fundraiser on our regularly scheduled fun night.

November 20, 2019 from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm

  We are offering 2 options:

1. Come by and pick up sandwiches to go.

2. Come, stay, and eat with us, and join us for our fun night.

(We plan to have a poker table, spades, hearts, chess and any board games we can think of.)  

Chick-Fil-A sandwiches are $4.00 and we have 50 of them…

Add a can of Soda (to go) or a refillable cup of soda or tea (if you are staying) for $1.00 more.

PayPal Giving Fund doesn’t charge charities or donors any fees for their services. However, we won’t receive your donation until the 25th of each month. The benefit to you is that they automatically send you a tax receipt. Some of their partners may charge fees on donations made through their platforms, which they will disclose at the point of donation, and could reduce the amount we receive.
