Dinner was served at 6 pm, and Bingo began at 6:30 pm
We had a prize table with small items and half our games were for cash prizes equal to 1/20th of our Bingo income for the night.

Our Meatball Madness Spaghetti Dinner was a great success! Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, donated food and supplies, and/or came out and enjoyed a relaxing meal with our DeMolay. Our Advisors cooked dinner from scratch (homemade -meatballs and sauce, even homemade desserts).
We had a lot of fun and made some money.
Our goal with this dinner was to help offset the cost of our Chapter’s attendance at Escape to Florida in January. Our members work hard to raise the money to attend events. We look forward to working with the various lodges in our district to serve dinner at their Installations and participate in other activities with the lodge throughout the coming year.
We are still working on paying our way to Escape in January – Please help us out by donating through Zeffy
Dale Chapman Chapter is hosting a BINGO night – on May 20, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the West Volusia Shrine Club on 15A in Deland. (Games start at 7 pm)
Game Tickets are available for pre-sale, or you can buy at the door, but RSVPs are nice.
$5 = 6 games of Bingo; games will be available on-site for $1 each.
The winner of each round can select a prize valued between $5-$50. We will also hold a 50/50 raffle and select the winner at approx. 9:30 pm.
We will have a snack bar with drinks, sliders, and baked goods for sale at the event.

A GIANT thank you goes out to everyone who helped to make our Lasagna Dinner and Bingo night, Dec. 10th, such a hit.
We raffled off a TV, Cooler, and tickets to WonderWorks in Orlando. Thank you to everyone who bought or sold a ticket, and a special thank you to those who got us those donations.
We played BINGO for about 2 hours and prizes included gift cards for 3 different restaurants, as well as a variety of wrapped prizes Chinese Gift Exchange style.
Thank you especially to the West Volusia Shrine Club for allowing us to use your facilities.

Dale Chapman Chapter, DeMolay has been looking for fun ways to interact with our community. We had to put this off due to the quarantine, but we are back and better than ever!
BINGO night– on July 31, at 7:30 pm at the West Volusia Shrine Club on 15A in Deland, Reservations requested… Use the Register Button to reserve your seat by purchasing at least one set of Bingo cards
So come one all and join us for a rousing good time playing Bingo.
We will have individual bingo cards that night for $1 each. We would love to presale/ reserve cards so that we have an idea of how many people are coming, but walk-ins are welcome.
Use the Register Button on our event page to buy bingo cards – buy as many as you like (in groups of 6)
During each round of our Bingo Game that night you can play as many game cards as you like.
Prizes will be awarded. (We are currently looking for people and groups to sponsor our prizes – gift cards, and baskets are appreciated.)
There will be snacks and drinks available to purchase that night, and we are also having a pre-order bake sale – Who wants scones? (all other snacks and drinks can be purchased on site…)the pre-order form is on our event page to buy your scones online – we will deliver them on bingo night…
Due to Florida DeMolay’s suspension of in-person events, we will have to postpone the Bingo night and bake sale. We will let you know when we are able to set a new date. We will also be postponing/suspending all meetings practices and fun nights through at least April 5th.
At our committee meeting this Wednesday, our chapter went over plans for the painting party. The committee discussed costs, and the party was going to cost us over $1000, while we expected to make less than $400 net profit.
The members decided that they would scrap the paint party and instead hold a bingo night. We will still be delivering scones and pies and will have other snacks and baked goods for sale at the event.

Our Chapter has been looking for fun ways to interact with our Masonic community and have come up with the idea of hosting a painting class similar to the Paint and Sip stores. – Obviously- since we are minors we won’t be having alcoholic beverages, but we will provide some finger foods and drinks and everything you need to create a gorgeous 16×20 painting. So come out and join us on April 3, at 7:30 pm at the West Volusia Shrine Club on 15A in Deland.
We have the price for the painting class and are trying to decide which painting to make. (You can give us your opinion at any of our events, or on FaceBook. The class is expensive, so we won’t be making much profit on the class. But we think it will be fun and hope you think so too.
To help support our chapter we are also hosting an online bake sale and will make our deliveries at the class. We will also have a raffle and 50-50 while we are there.
All baked goods will be delivered at the Painting Class on April 4, 2020.
